Introducing the company




Welcome from Atlas Human Performance. Who are we and what do we do? We are human performance specialist who design, implement and track training and competition. We have a combined 30 years of strength and conditioning expertise and we can help athletes of any age or competition level. Our mission is to design and implement scientifically based training and monitoring programs for enhancement of human performance.

People first approach: Each and every program is carefully designed to meet the needs of the athlete and help them to reach their genetic potential.


Performance based: The purpose of each plan is to enhance athletic performance through structured training, conditioning, recovery and careful monitoring.


Science based: Each plan is based on current scientific information and then adapted as new evidence emerges to give the athletes the best chance to perform and compete at their best.


Comprehensive: Training plans take into consideration all aspects of an athletes training through diet, resistance training, metabolic conditioning and optimization of lifestyle.
